He took the Bachelor and Master in Computer Science at Universidade da Coruña and University of Lisbon.
Passionate about technology, people and their combination he is very keen on emotional intelligence, group and team management. He is also an amateur musician who plays bagpipes and guitar.
He has worked across Europe as a Software Engineer and Scrum Master for the last 10 years, helping to build
software using Agile methodologies.
Very active socially, he was vice president of a cultural and musical association ACM Dambara that provided free musical education to 80 kids and adults in his hometown.
An active collaborator in CoderDojo, a global movement of free, volunteer-led, community-based programming clubs for young people, during his stay in Ireland, he took an active role as a mentor and promoter.
In 2015 he took part of the Amsterdam Smart Citizens Lab, been a member of the wind team, building sensors to gather data about the wind in different parts of the city.
